Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is expected to discuss the crisis prompted by a humiliating loss to Barcelona in the Spanish league this weekend.
The club said the president will talk to the media at a hastily scheduled news conference on Monday, two days after the 4-0 defeat to Barcelona prompted widespread calls for his resignation and for the departure of coach Rafa Benitez.
