The CVs of Buhari’s ministers at a glance

In the exercise of the powers conferred on President Muhammadu Buhari by Section 147, Subsection 1, 2 and 3 of the Nigerian constitution, he nominated 36 qualified and capable Nigerians as Ministers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The Senate has since confirmed the nominees and they took their oaths of office on Thursday, 12 November. Below are the Resumes of the ministers.

My target is to be best minister –Onu

Newly sworn-in Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu has said he will work assiduously to emerge as the best minister the country ever produced, assuring that he will make Ebonyi State proud with his position in President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.

Speaking at a reception organised in his honour in Abuja by Concerned Ebonyi State Indigenes, Onu said his conduct will be such that will not bring shame to the state instead he would quit politics.

SIX months after this government was inaugurated, we are getting an administration amidst challenges created by the government through politics of body language, propaganda, and mixed messages.
